Appetizer: Collard Green Wraps

Directions:

  • Lightly steam 4 collard green leaves by dipping them very briefly in boiling water (approximately 1 minute)
  • Coat each leaf with ½ tbsp of raw miso paste
  • Evenly distribute the following ingredients onto each leaf:
      1 thinly sliced or shredded carrot
      ½ thinly sliced red bell pepper
      1 thinly sliced or shredded celery
      ¼ finely chopped cucumber
      1 thinly sliced avocado
      1 torn basil leaf (or 4 small basil leaves)
  • Wrap the sides of each leaf inward to cover the filling and enjoy!

 
 
 
 
 
 
 


 

Dinner: Super Greens and Mint Salad

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, toss:
      Baby super greens (spinach, kale, arugula, destemmed watercress, swiss chard, mâche + tatsoi)
      ½ thinly sliced Fuji apple
      ½ thinly sliced bulb of fennel
      ½ thinly sliced cucumber
      Handful of chopped mint (6-7 leaves)
  • For the dressing, whisk together the following in a separate bowl:
      2 tbsp of raw coconut vinegar
      3 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil
      Sea salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Pour the vinaigrette dressing over the super greens mixture and toss well

Appetizer: Blood Orange and Pomegranate Endive Cup

Directions:

  • For the dressing, squeeze the juice from the membrane of 1 peeled and sliced blood orange and combine with equal amount of raw apple cider vinegar (approximately 2 tbsp).
  • On a separate plate, arrange leaves from 1 head of endive greens in a star-shaped circle
  • On top of the endive leaves, place:
      1 peeled and sliced blood orange
      ½ cup of pomegranate seeds
      1 tbsp of raw pine nuts

 
 
 
 
 
 
 


 


Dinner: Red Cabbage and Walnut Salad

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, combine:
      ½ head of thinly sliced red cabbage
      1-2 thinly sliced green onions
      2 tbsp of halved raw walnuts
  • For the dressing, whisk together the following in a separate bowl:
      3 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil
      2 tbsp of whole-grain mustard
      2 tbsp of raw apple cider vinegar
      Sea salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Pour the vinaigrette dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well
  • Garnish with a drizzle of raw maple syrup

Pure Texas

Directions:

In a shaker of ice, muddle 5 sweet basil leaves
Add the following and shake well:

2 oz Daily Greens™ Purity
1.5 oz vodka
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup

Garnish with a basil leaf + lemon wheel
